CHLOË SEVIGNY FOR OPENING CEREMONY

"I wanted you to come in and trasported back to the way you felt when you were a teenager.
Anything that would trigger the senses to that time when you're questioning everything" (C.Sevigny)

The collection ss12 of CHLOË SEVIGNY FOR OPENING CEREMONY
is a summary of pieces and stylistic features.
Short skirts, denim pieces, casual suits, leaving her shoulders bare shirts, corsets.
What is impressive is mainly clothes and shaped laser perforated leather for a lace effect, wich gives to the dress a romantic sense and at the same time a taste of elegant gothic.

Mirit Weinstock@WOK

In recent days we have already talked about Mirit Weinstock and how she creates spectacular jewels, very special and sophisticated.
At this point..I would like to show some pieces that are inside WOK, our store, and showing the care that this very feminine jewelry collection encompasses.
Each piece is designed with attention to details and every piece it's really peculiarities.
Attention to detail is also present in packaging, customized with nice handmade drawings..all different from each other!

WOK STORE choose Cristophe Lemaire

+++

Christophe was born in Besancon, France in 1965.
The designer was at the head of the department of haute couture and pret-a-porter
of Christian Lacroix before deciding to create his own label in 1990.
Then, after Spring and Summer Collection 2002, he has been chosen creative director of Lacoste as Giles Rosier’s successor.
The main task the stylist received was to develop a new image of the company to attract new and younger buyers without losing old ones.
And as all his collections had been a total success since 2002, Lacoste made a right choice.
Lemaire presented a new men’s wear collection for Spring/Summer 2004 in 2003. The line had a commercial success and was oriented on average buyer.

The Cristophe Lemaire look is Prep-school-meets-Crayola on the runway. With an emphasis on color, those sporty tennis skirts, collegiate sweaters, and of course, piqued polos come in hues for anyone’s fancy.
Christophe Lemaire, designer of French sportswear brand Lacoste, replace Jean-Paul Gaultier as its women's fashion designer.
